You know that big, scary, Red headed dude that shows up to the park and rips? Well, he's actually a really nice guy, and we're proud to say that he now has his first pro model out on Rasa Libre Skateboards. Congratulations Joel, you da Illest.
Luis Perez came out with an interview in this month's FTK Magazine. We covered all of the important issues: why all the crazy people live in Hialeah, playing dice, and yoohoo fake chocolate milk consumption. Luis has been on a continuous rampage since I can remember. We took him up to Orlando last weekend, and he won $200 at the Mesh Skate Park Pyramid Scheme Best Trick Contest. Check out this link to see the footage. What A Weekend......

We had a lot on our plate this past weekend.
There was a blood drive on Saturday......
Apparently, M.I.A. Skatepark set a recent record for largest single collection from blood donors. 70 Pints! We are pretty used to bleeding around here I guess....
I'd like to thank Tiffany and friends for making it all possible.

Also, thanks to our friend David, who got the day off of work at BC Surf 'N Sport to come over and make some killer custom deck graphics for the fund raiser raffle. You are truly gifted my friend!
Sunday was the THINK demo, and these dudes showed up in my office...... You put out 6 free pizzas, there's no telling what you'll get.
Luis wore this battery powered shirt in some sort of protest for having to work during a demo. It worked out fine for me, since I would NEVER film him while wearing a glowing dish rag.
I gave Filmer Michelle the buddy camera, and it turns out she likes being behind the lens, rather than in front of it, just the same as I do.
All of the THINK heads ripped it.
Here's a photo of Mike Espinosa kick flip crooking the marble hubba. Unfortunately, I was busy making sure none of the kids in the product toss killed each other, so I couldn't film this amazing trick. Trust me, it was hella tight though.
It was real good seeing my adopted son Brian again.
(Downey is more like a crazy cousin than an adopted son. That dude rips just the same though.)
It's funny seeing him get hounded for autographs.
The rad part is, he hasn't forgotten where he came from.
